We understand the importance of protecting your workers from blade cuts, and our product is designed to provide a safe option for storing industrial length Loppers of 400mm, 600mm, and 750mm.
Our Scabbard Pouches are compliant with industry standards for 'blades down' safety, and can be easily attached to the Pillar Horticultural Apron Pouch and Belt for fast retrieval and portability in the field. The unique clip-on and off Scabbard Packer allows for storage of Loppers of different lengths and sizes, and the new bolder bell-shaped opening enables faster re-housing and retrieval.
To ensure durability, we have reinforced both edges of the Scabbard Pouch with new internal steel metal edge plates, and added a steel wear strip on either side of the main front cover. The additional angled belt loops allow for vertical placement at your side or angled over your rear LH hip, while an additional lower loop and strap enable secure strap-securing to the leg.

Constructed from lightweight, heat-moulded EVA, heavy-duty reinforced vinyl with UV protected PVC fabric. Extended solid vinyl full length backing wear-plate inner skin on the inside front, to withstand constant wear and better durability.
Top outer-edging made from heavy duty solid vinyl piping and double stitched side edging for stronger longer life.
Hi-viz safety band at the top which can be easily ID marked with a permanent marker.
The top plate has a strong vinyl cover to protect the blade and the person using it. The cover is very durable because it has a solid vinyl layer.
Heavy-duty fully flared rivets, reinforced with washers on corners and edges for increased strength.
Four strong belt loops - x2 vertical x2 angled .
Clear Opening at the bottom to allow debris and water to fall through.
