At Pillar Tools we aim to get your order to you as fast as possible, at a price that won't break the bank. For NZ standard delivery orders, we use NZ Post delivery, excluding bulky/heavier products (see below for details on larger quantities).
Dispatch & Shipping Times:
North Island - expected delivery in 3-5 business days
South Island - expected delivery in 1-3 business days
Canterbury area - Free freight to Ashburton, Methven or Rakaia urban addresses. Please phone or email firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss.
For some of our larger product quantities we're unable to use NZ Post and use a number of different providers depending on the product weight & size and your location. Due to the nature of these oversize products, please note that delivery can take a little longer and is typically 3-7 days from when we dispatch.
Other Island or Rural Delivery (RD) addresses
An additional delivery surcharge may apply in accordance with the delivery freight company’s policy. Please select Rural Delivery option at check out.

Small orders will be sent by Courier Pack.
Large shipments to overseas addresses we can arrange CIF shipments or FOB shipments.
Please advise at order time your shipping preference. This will be indicated on the Provisional Invoice.
Orders received over the weekend will be processed for delivery and shipped the following week.
For general item orders received before 11am Monday to Thursday, our commitment is to dispatch your order that same day. Orders received after 11am may be dispatched the following business day.
Orders received between 11am Thursday and 3pm Friday will be dispatched to the Courier company on Friday, although you may not see delivery of these goods until Tuesday.
For general item orders received after 3pm on Friday and over the weekend, your order will be processed for delivery and dispatched on Monday and on an overnight delivery service. These orders can be expected Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest (add an extra day during a statutory holiday).
In every case we will send you a dispatch email once we have processed your order which will include the track and trace number.
Freight Free is not available on any ‘Specials’, ‘Sale’ ‘Run-Outs’ items, unless stated otherwise.
Please Note: Delivery times will be impacted by statutory holidays as courier companies do not operate on these days. Business days are classed as Monday-Friday and exclude statutory holidays. Saturday delivery can be made by special request to most Metro addresses (an extra cost will apply).
