Upper Blade Razor sharp, heat-treated, high-carbon Japanese SK5 steel. Non-stick coating with black and polished heat-treated finish.
Lower Blade Mid-carbon S55C drop-forged steel. NEW Deeper recessed ‘resin spill’ groove, longer life, less blade sticking, black non-stick finish.
Total Length 210mm.
Opening and Cutting 47mm; 5-23mm living material.
Handle / Body Completely NEW design. Now with added glass fibre with improved formula polymer reinforced nylon, giving less flex.
