Where are Pillar Tools made?

All Pillar Tools hand-tools are 100% manufactured in Taiwan using the highest quality Japanese steels and aluminium alloys.

All Pillar Tools textile products are inspired and designed in NZ for the Horticultural Industry. They are outworked for manufacture in either Vietnam or China.

 
Can I checkout as a “Guest”, rather than signing up for an account?

Yes, you can checkout as a Guest. However, signing up for a Pillar Tools account allows for a much quicker checkout, as it stores your details for future purchases.


What if my billing address is separate from my shipping address?

No problem. You will be prompted to enter separate details for shipping and billing addresses at checkout. If the addresses are the same you can specify that too and avoid entering your details twice.


When will my order ship?

All orders received before 11:00am we commit to ship that day [Mon – Fri].

All orders received after 11:00am may be shipped the next business day.

Orders received over the weekend will be processed for delivery and shipped the next business day.

Please Note: Our courier service does not include weekends or public holidays.

What is the cost of shipping?

Orders in the Blenheim metro area (10 kilometre radius from CBD) recieve FREE shipping. Orders of $499 or more receive FREE Shipping. Orders under $499 are charged standard shipping costs. Please visit our shipping page for more information on shipping costs.


How will my order ship (carrier)?

All orders will ship with NZ CourierPost. Please see our shipping page to learn more about our different shipping options.


How long will my order take to ship?

All orders ship from Blenheim, New Zealand. Delivery times are typically 1 -2 business days for courier-bag deliveries. Ticketed freight, usually takes 3-5 business days. Please see our shipping page for more information about other shipping times.


How do I return an item?

How do I return an item I already returned for exchange?
