UPPER BLADE: Razor-sharp, high carbon SK5 steel. Non-stick coating with grey heat-treated satin finish.
LOWER BLADE: Mid-carbon S50C drop-forged steel. Resin spill groove, non-stick satin finish.
SIZE: Medium to slightly smaller – 200mm. Ideal for smaller hands.
OPENING AND CUTTING: 46mm; 16-20mm living wood.
HANDLES/BODY: Drop-forged, heat-treated T-4 aluminium alloy body with anodized plain finish. PVC-dipped handles for warm comfort no-slip grip. Ergonomic fit. Squeeze to release and thumb-lock to secure, metal safety lock.
